Donations to Help Those Who Help Others

C entraState recognizes the essential role other community organizations play in promoting the well-being of our friends and neighbors. Each year, through the CentraState Healthcare Foundation, we provide financial support to numerous area health, service and charitable groups—more than $90,000 in 2005 and $425,000 over the past five years. The donations we make are reviewed by staff and approved by the Foundation’s board of trustees. Most of these funds come from interest earned on contributions received and sources other than direct donations from patients or their families.
